The Harney Soil & Water Conservation District has four ditch cleaning projects that are open for bid.  

HSWCD has returned to the 530 Highway 20 S office location.  Please note there is a mandatory bid tour that will begin from the office at 7:30 am on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.  A representative from the company that plans to submit a bid must be present in person for the tour.  

Bids are due either by hand delivery or email, and must be received by us no later than December 10, 2025 noon.  Work on these projects must be completed by November 2026.
