IMPORTANT notice from Harney Soil & Water Conservation District: Emergency Flood Infrastructure Restoration (EFIR) applications must be submitted by May 16, 2025 at 4 pm PT.

Harney Soil & Water Conservation District is now accepting applications for flood infrastructure restoration funding. Please note that the land must be located within the county but outside city limits.

Funding will be provided subject to availability.
